Rule 41G
Notice to be published
Section 52A of the Act, Sec. and 52g. For the purpose of providing land, the Commission shall publish a public notice in the national level daily newspaper with a deadline of thirty-five days, including the details to be submitted with the application, and the relevant local level shall also publicize the notice within their area.
